Understanding ownership that puts it into her business. This is without a doubt the best guest house that I have stayed in. It would be even better on Saturday when the Market is open. Our rooms were large size, my daughter had her own room and was called a family room for three persons. The tee and coffee could be endless, free cereal and milk, clean bedding, clean rooms, cutlery and dishes available and fridge / microwave outside the door. I had boo. I seen Inglewood guest house at half the price with the feeling of homely and flexibility. We made the right decision the area is spot on. I never met the owner Jackie, on the phone she guided me well.

My sister and her partner stayed there for two nights while visiting me from France, they really enjoyed the room (clean and spacious). It's got perfect location, less than 5 minutes away from the center on foot.

Very attractive room with a lovely, comfortable bed in a beautiful house. It was so nice to have feather bedding - felt like home from home. Communication from Jackie was excellent, for example we had very clear instructions about collecting the key from the keysafe as we were arriving late evening. Large spacious room.It was nice to have use of the kitchen. The only thing that would improve it would be a proper coffee machine as it's quite a long walk to find an early morning espresso.

Stayed on business in the family room, very reasonable and would certainly return.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Room was clean comfortable, warm and had TV on suite facilities . Although, no breakfast service, adequate arrangement made for guests in the kitchen for self help Cereal, Fruit and some cooked breakfast items. Each room had Tea and Coffee making items. Owner very obliging and easily contacted .

We came to Chorley from USA and Jackie was extremely accommodating. Our room was very nice and we were able to focus on our purpose for the trip. I recommend Inglewood to anyone staying in Chorley. Very close to the main shopping area and the train station.

Jackie was an excellent communicator, friendly and professional with clear advice and instructions on gaining access to Inglewood and locating your room. My room, the facilities and little personal touches such as the self-service breaks=fast supplies were much appreciated and ideal for my visit.It would be lovely if there was anything that could be done about increasing the water pressure for my shower and larger bath towels would have been nice.There were no instructions I could find for connecting to the WIFI but I did manage to find the log-in details (and it may have been something I missed).Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly stay again when up visiting my family.

The room I slept in was impressively spacious. The carefully chosen decor brought a homely but stylish feel to the accommodation. The en-suite was also tastefully styled - and spotless. An added bonus was the good quality Internet linked television, offering Netflix and I Player as standard. I have stayed in many places where the tiny (and tinny) TVs always seem to offer a choice between Countdown and QVC - and not much else! I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Inglewood Boutique rooms for three nights as we were visiting family in the area. The room was large, warm and clean. There was a well stocked self catering kitchen. The facilities were very good. The owner was friendly and welcoming.

I would heartily recommend Inglewood - the rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished - this was my third stay. Inglewood is very conveniently situated within walking distance of Chorley station and the town centre - no windswept, noisy rooms next to a motorway but more of a (rather luxurious) home from home. The rooms are Covid secure - spotless and well ventilated, with lovely high ceilings. Cooked breakfast is not provided, as a Covid precaution, but there are plenty of cafes in the town and a well equipped kitchen on the premises with a 'grab and go' breakfast available. I will certainly be staying at Inglewood again on my next visit to Chorley.

My husband and I stayed at the Inglewood Boutique for two nights recently. What a lovely building,, welcoming and very comfortable stylish room we stayed in, bed was extremely comfortable and the room spotlessly clean and warm. Unfortunately I became unwell during my visit and had to stay in bed and rest and Jackie very kindly text to check I had everything I needed - so kind! We will make this B& B a regular stay as it was so convenient to our family's home and town center, Brilliant!!

Ideal location,comfortable spacious house with " lived in" feel. Quiet bedroom with en suite (no bath). Use of large kitchen for preparing own breakfast works really well. Owner Jackie was a friendly and industrious host.Good value and would recommend.

It had everything we needed. We had a very friendly welcome. The bedroom and on suite facilitywere clean, well decorated and warm. The kitchen was well organised. We would definitely stay there again.

I needed somewhere to stay near both Leyland and Eccleston and although there appeared to be a variety of options, Inglewood Boutique Rooms looked appealing. I like to try to stay at independent venues that are local businesses, whenever possible. It was easy to book, locate and use as a central point to get to theplaces I needed to. The building is lovely inside and the rooms are well appointed. It has a cosy and very friendly atmosphere with the host providing all the essentials with cheer.

We stayed at Inglewood because Blackpool was full up... I'm glad we did! Lovely room, loads of room even with the extra bed for our daughter, comfy beds and just the best pillows. Easy, flexible check in and you can come and go as you please. 10/10Don't be put off staying here if you're looking to go to Blackpool, it's only half an hour's travel and you're away from the hustle, bustle and noise!

I had an enjoyable stay. My only criticism was that I felt the shower needed a shelf to put toiletries on thus avoiding the need for me to bend down during the shower.

An amazing stay in both the large double room with large bathroom and roll top bath.. then the garden flat with access to directly to the garden.My wife and I along with our little dog had a fantastic stay at the Inglewood.Very clean, comfortable and warm. We were made to feel at home and had a very friendly warm welcome by Jackie the proprietor.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this location for a comfortable stay. We are already looking forward to our return visit with our little dog .

I had to visit my dad in Chorley.This establishment provided a perfect way to do that safely, comfortably and conveniently. Twice stayed here with work lovely lady who runs it, nice rooms and quiet can't fault the place, worth every penny

have spent 2 weeks at this establishment, it is a very nice victorian house, the first room we were in was at the top of the house ( you need to be very fit to climb the stairs) at th front of the house with traffic noisethe second week we stayed we were on the ground floor both rooms were spacious and en-suite both rooms not suitable for night workers no blackout blinds/curtains also the noise being made by cleaners and the owner also banging shouting laughing, so over the time we were there we only got abbout 13 housthe end of the first week we leave for work at 1900 hrs the owner asked when we were leaving i stated we were going to work at 1900 hrs and she stated that she had someone coming into our room that evening i said that we had paid for the room until the next morning at approx 11 am and we normally come back in the morning after 12 hour shift in a/e for a couple of hours sleep before a 4 hour drive home to give Jackie the owner her due she did offer another room to get a couple of hours sleep so to summerise this B&B is not suitable if you work nights

A handy location for the town centre. Warm, quiet and comfortable.

It was peaceful. Entry was met with an elegant array of collector's items, imparting upon me that a great deal of patience, meticulousness, good eye for art and love went into putting everything together. This is reflected in the crockery, bed linens, mantle pieces, cupboards, etc. The proprietress's zest for life was evident in the information/ reference book put together and her smiles. The breakfast was lovely. I felt really refreshed by the time I left.

This was our second stay. Our first stay we had a room at the top of the house. It was lovely with two bedrooms, one for ourselves and the second for our young time. This stay we had a room on the ground floor at the back of the house.We had access to the back garden and we were able to have another bed for our son to sleep on. It was warm and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful,anything we asked for wasn't too much. Ifbwe ever come and stay again this will be the place we gonto.

The Inglewood is a friendly B&B with comfortable rooms (the beds are really comfortable) The young staff are helpful friendly and welcoming! A very good breakfast with a wide range of cereal toast and jams!!Really enjoyed a good value for money stay!!

We were met by Jackie with a friendly welcome. The room and bathroom were bothclean and spacious. The breakfasts were extremely good and there was a wide range of choice of cereals fruit juice, fruit and yoghurts. A pity though hash browns were no longer available.On our second day when we returned our room had not been done, Jackie did apologise for this.Subject to the above a very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I stayed at Inglewood boutique b&b for one night. We had a very pleasant stay and found our room to be large, comfortable and reasonably priced. Lavina dealt with us on the day and was very friendly and all communication whether by phone, online or in person was very professional. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and there was a lot of choice. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We were staying at Inglewood for just the one night to celebrate my Uncle’s 65th.I was glad to stay here and give my money to a local BnB as opposed to a Premier Inn - after my stay I was even more pleased with that decision.The room was very clean and it had all the amenities one could need for a short stay (including a decent hairdryer). Breakfast was just what we needed after a one too many drinks the night before. All the staff were cheery, smiley and more than happy to help us.I would highly recommend staying here.

We were offered to upgrade to the garden room for a very modest fee. The room is lovely and spacious with a sofa and comfy chair and the bed is huge and very comfortable. Modern bathroom en suite. Entrance through the kitchen worried us a little but we had no problem with noise at all in the morning.Very nice and friendly staff, great breakfast, good location and parking on site. Definitely recommended en route to the north.

Comfortable B&B with pleasant en-suite rooms, managed by friendly and welcoming staff. The location is well placed for visiting a number of tourist attractions in the area and is relatively close to the Irish Sea with its broad beaches.

I was staying for two nights while competing in the Bolton Ironman. Straight from the beginning I was made to feel welcome. I was allowed to keep my bike in the room. Complete flexibility on when I turned up. My room was warm and comfortable. No problem parking. The room had the biggest on-suite with the biggest bath. Breakfast was spot on and I had a lovely conversation with the owner who was the nicest person you could ask to meet and I only paid what you'd expect a one night stay to be.Fantastic.Highly recommended.You can not go wrong staying here.Thank you

We were looking for somewhere to stay for a special event in Chorley and couldn't have found a better B&B. Everyone was so friendly, and the room was perfect. We had the top floor which consisted of a double bedroom and a self contained single bedroom which was ideal for our grown up daughter.We would recommend Inglewood B&B to anyone visiting the Chorley area.

Jackie was there to meet me and was very warm and welcoming. Good size room with everything needed for a 3 night stay.Lavinia was there in the mornings for breakfast (which was tasty and plentiful)She was brilliant and made me a bacon sandwich when I had to leave before breakfast started.Chorley town centre was only a 3 minute walk away so that was nice. We loved our weekend getaway here. From the minute we arrived the staff at hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel instantly at home. I stayed at Inglewood for one night when I had a show at The Little Theatre down the road. I had a very warm welcome and my room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fab. It had an enormous bath and lovely products to use. Don’t miss breakfast if you come here! Local produce and delicious. See you again!

Had a wonderful stay at Inglewood and really appreciated the flexible check in and communication around it. Great nights sleep in a very cosy room and agood breakfast with the delightful company of the proprietors.Being able to choose what radio station was on while I enjoyed my breakfast was a great touch!

We stayed here overnight while walking the Leeds Liverpool Canal. We'd been struggling to find accommodation in the area so were delighted to discover the Inglewood.Big bedroom and a great bath, then a perfect breakfast in the morning.Jackie is a lovely host, with an infectious laugh, and she made us feel very welcome.Highly recommended.

Jackie makes the most amazing cakes and whoever is responsible for breakfast (Lavinia I think) knows just how to cook the perfect full English. We have had the top floor family rooms for both stays. There is a little road noise but the beds are so comfy you don't notice the road after a minute or two. Our son loves the independence of having his own room rather than a rollaway or sofa-bed in our room. So Inglewood works on all aspects. We will definitely stay again. There is something very special about this place.

We stayed in the garden room which is at the back of the property with a door into a small garden. King size bed and couch. hairdryer and spacious wardrobes. Separate ensuite with shower with plenty of room.As much tea/coffee available and no tiny pots of milk you just help yourself to milk from a central fridge.Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious.We were only there for 1 night but had a comfortable and peaceful nights sleep.Would definitely stay again

Great location to town centre and peaceful enough for sleeping. We had a lovely and pleasant welcome from Lavinia who was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the bed in our room very comfortable and the bathroom and relaxing free standing bath just perfect much to the delights of my wife. We had 2 nights at Inglewood House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole experience was of high standard and quality.We have 2 teenage children and had the whole top floor to ourselves which the kids loved. The rooms were very comfortable and quaint with good bedding and facilities. Small touches and details added to the high standards. Jacki, our host was lovely as was the other friendly staff. Breakfast in the dining room is a must.

Everything is spot on - the welcome and service, the delightful rooms, the cleanliness, the amenities, ease of parking, delicious breakfast. Friendly, cheerful staff. Extremely stylish décor everywhere and a very comfortable room. Terrific fried breakfast with plenty of choice of cereals, toast etc. Wonderful to have fresh milk for our coffee and tea available whenever we wanted in our room. Only downside was the bathroom light being extremely dim and only a trickle of hot water over the basin, hence our four star rating. However, shower was great.

We could not fault this wonderfully stylish and comfortable B&B from the start.Onsite parking, beautifully decorated and furnished, comfortable king size bed, sparkling clean shower room, fresh milk and chilled water provided, delicious breakfast and super friendly staff. What more could you wish for?

My stay was a short stay but very glad we booked here. I booked the wrong room to begin with (a single room) which I didn't think my partner would be happy with but the host called me the day before to confirm and thank God she did. There was no problem to upgrade to a double en suite room. Breakfast was great and the room was lovely. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Superb service from start to finish - I can't fault it. From the pre-arrival call, to the welcome, the lovely room, the perfect nights sleep, the personalised breakfast......perfect.

Very comfortable double room. Nicely decorated, good breakfasts to choose from and friendly staff. After a ten mile nightmare drive on a bank holiday Jackie run us round to our family so that I didn't have to drive anymore. Very much appreciated thank you. We will be back next Christmas.

We offer this room at a single occupancy rate of£55 with breakfast. The best offers are always direct with us. I think you will struggle to find a decent B&B anywhere for £30. Kind regards Jackie

We needed a B&B close to the town centre so that we could walk to a local building for a charity function.Old style building but tastefully decorated and appointed with good quality fittings and appliances.Comfortable beds, warm rooms friendly staff and great breakfast, what more could you ask from a B&B.Car parking is limited to 3 cars but more is available close by.

As someone who travels a lot as part of my work and ha I g had some grim experiences around the UK this place is a breath of fresh air. From my first contact with this accommodation I was made to feel welcome. Jackie receives guests with a friendly, inviting and efficient attitude. Inglewood has an individual style offering those little things that matter and the room was all you could want in comfort levels. The local sourcing of food and environmental attitude to the refreshments and toiletries provided complete this individual style. The breakfast offering is extensive and should meet the needs of any guest – and if it didn’t you feel you could say. The ease with which you can contact the host is reassuring for guests who may encounter an issue although the comprehensive information folder should leave little in doubt.I certainly recommended and will use again when staying in the area.

I would certainly recommend this B & B.From the moment of my arrival, it seemed nothing was too much for the host.Very personable.So much more that a Premiere Inn!! Tea or coffee to hand. A huge selection of DVD's available to choose from if you preferred watching a film to terestrial television.Also it was cheaper than the nearest Premiere Inn. All-in-all a good experience and better than what you would get from the also rans.

We highly recommend this B&B. We had booked a family suite for myself, my wife and our 17 year old son for an overnight stay on our way to Lancaster. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that there were 2 separate rooms within the suite, with a shared bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order, with great coffee and home made cakes. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing and happy stay of three nights. Our room on the ground floor was large with a very comfortable super kingsize bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite shower room. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.Jackie and Kate were friendly and fun. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice,local produce and homemade tea-breads.

One night stay to catch up with friends in the area led us to Inglewood. Friendly staff fully looked after our needs. Great welcome, comfy bed and terrific breakfast.
