Astley Hall


Astley Hall is a country house in Chorley, Lancashire, England. The hall is now owned by the town and is known as Astley Hall Museum and Art Gallery. The extensive landscaped grounds are now Chorley's Astley Park.


Anglezarke Reservoir


Anglezarke Reservoir is the largest reservoir in the Rivington chain to the west of Anglezarke in Lancashire, England. Anglezarke Reservoir has three embankments: the Charnock Embankment, the longest, is 850 yards long and 31 feet high, the Knowsley Embankment is 240 yards long and 45 feet high and the Heapey Embankment is 280 feet long and 32 feet high. It is fed by the River Yarrow, which has been diverted from its original course which is now covered by the Knowsley Embankment. 


Chorley Golf Club - Chorley


Established since 1897 it is a challenging and scenic 18 hole course with some of the finest views in Lancashire. Excellent restaurant and bar with all the clubhouse facilities you would expect from a private club make this a popular venue for visitors and societies small or large.Although Chorley Golf Club is a club run for the members, we welcome Societies and visitors alike and like to hear what they think of our course and facilities. We are proud to be members of Chorley Golf Club and are pleased when others have an enjoyable day.


Runshaw College


The Runshaw College is a Further and Higher Education College located at Lancashire, England. The College was established in 1974 and operates out of the sixth form centre in Leyland, Runshaws Business Centre and two adult centres in Euxton and Chorley. Several A Level and Vocational programs are conducted by the College. The various subjects offered by the College include accounting, biology, business studies, computing, critical thinking, dance, 3D design, drama and theatre studies, economics, English, film studies, fine art, general studies, geography, government and politics, graphics, history, etc.
